Support and Relief for Those in Need

Restore Community Care provides short term emergency food relief to clients while maintaining consumer choice and dignity during what can be a difficult time. Privacy is maintained at all times and our volunteers endeavour to make clients feel at ease and comfortable.

Please check our Care Hours below. Visits are available Monday to Thursday, 11am to 2:30pm, and are by appointment only to ensure personalized support.

To offer support to those in the community who are experiencing financial, emotional, material, personal or relational distress, trauma, grief, isolation or hardship due to health, unemployment or other unforseen circumstances.

The emergency food relief program has been supported by the Knox city council’s Pandemic Recovery grant.

The purchase of equipment to assist with emergency food relief services has been supported by a grant from the Knox City Council’s Incidental Community Grants program.

The 'Better Practice' (volunteer training) project has been supported by a grant from the Knox Council Community Development Fund.

The 'Restored by the Web' (new website) project has been supported by a grant from Knox Council Community Development Fund.

The 'Nothing to lose, more to give' (New refrigeration and freezer equipment) project has been supported by a grant from Knox Council Community Development Fund. .
